This is the problem numero 1 I see in most #b2b SaaS.
There is too much money, and the #founders and investors are too eager to #funnel any #growth and
as a result, your marketing team is scattered between 10 different channels.
What is the core problem?
Lack of focus and too many distractions.
Example:
A company I was consulting started investing in LinkedIn and thought leadership. The #CEO was very pleased to get 5-10k views on his posts on #Linkedin and in addition to that getting featured on Inc. Magazine. and FastCompany.
What was suggested?
That all the higher #management (5 people) does the same to increase reach and scale.
What happened instead?
The marketing team was ordered to start a TikTok for Business channel instead. 40k were spent in 2 months and the result was 10 mediocre videos with 1000 views overall.

Why did this happen?
Too many resources and focus.
Did they learn?
I hope they will but no, they did not. They fired the previous Tiktok creators and hired a new #Tiktok team.
