With #AI #agents, reps no longer need to spend hours manually researching each account. That's if you follow an ABM approach. Instead, AI monitors (hello Claude!) can monitor all the accounts daily (if you are doing ABM), gathering relevant insights across the web. It's like UserGems 💎 or Clay but for those who don't have the money :) But to be fair, every organization today has to work that way, #SDRs should be working closely with AI agents who will do the research and come back with triggers and data. SDRs can prioritize. #Triggers could be data like: - Quarterly earnings calls that mention increased travel budgets - Press releases on new office openings or expansions - Job postings that indicate company growth - Tech Stack changes, monitored through Wappalyzer or BuiltWith - Any sort of positional changes Even if you are an SMB, you can use Clay or build your own AI agents. This practical, data-driven approach lets reps focus on high-priority opportunities, based on real buying signals. The result? Smarter, targeted outreach that moves away from volume-based selling and brings in actual value for both reps and clients. Check the comments for an interesting tool.

Nigel Feldman If you're geared under data, you should think about personalizing the outreach to the point that it's a one-to-one outreach. The data can help you only in the research phase, when it comes to one-to-one outreach. I wouldn't even dare to use AI because it has to be personal. So, in the research phase, yes, but right now we have so much AI that the only way to win is to use personalized outreach.

Absolutely, AI-driven insights are transforming ABM! Given how effective these triggers are in identifying real buying signals, how do you think AI will evolve in helping reps build deeper, personalized connections with prospects? Could we see AI advancing to suggest even more nuanced engagement tactics based on individual behavior patterns, or would that risk losing the human touch in outreach?

With Claude what I’m saying is that you have to build layers of AI agents, one AI agent to have the other AI agent do something, which makes a lot of sense for me but I’m still learning on how to use them and basically combine them together.
