Why are we seeing so much #mediocre marketing?
I see across the board that you find a sea of mediocrity and sameness under the C-level and #managerial levels.
And I am talking about the execution here. People don't want to get creative or can't?
Talking with Adam here, we boiled it down to 2 problems:
You are not given the space to be creative, and you don't feel safe being creative
You have to follow the corporate #branding and bla bla, so as a result, you find very little space for# innovation
And when you finally do something creative, there is no praise for doing that, and as an employee, you lose #motivation.
This happens very often in big #enterprises and #SMBs as well.
My best guess is to make your #workplace as safe and welcoming as possible for innovation and trying new. Otherwise, you will lose your best executing talent very soon.
