Why agile or #growth marketing does not fit you?! It is mostly fit for a #company #culture where experimentation is king and you don’t have that much routine tasks to perform. I would split my time and the team’s time between following #agile #sprints and normal consistent marketing work. You cannot discontinue that. Still need the blog to run, the website to convert and enable buyers. Agile does not fit everyone! Yet if u are stubborn and you want to implement agile or growth marketing at all costs: First of all get everyone and their grandma on daily calls. Once u have alignment there, you can start building. Second, start with agile sprints and the ICEE prioritization framework. And track! It is that simple.

Yup, exactly what I was saying. Agile works well with startups or companies where you have some processes already and you have some things which do work.

Agile isn't for everyone. Not every team works well with constant sprints and meetings. Sometimes, sticking to what works is best.
