Why agile or #growth marketing does not fit you?!
It is mostly fit for a #company #culture where experimentation is king and you don’t have that much routine tasks to perform.
I would split my time and the team’s time between following #agile #sprints and normal consistent marketing work.
You cannot discontinue that. Still need the blog to run, the website to convert and enable buyers.
Agile does not fit everyone!
Yet if u are stubborn and you want to implement agile or growth marketing at all costs:
First of all get everyone and their grandma on daily calls. Once u have alignment there, you can start building.
Second, start with agile sprints and the ICEE prioritization framework.
And track! It is that simple.

Yup, exactly what I was saying. Agile works well with startups or companies where you have some processes already and you have some things which do work.
