Who's touching the webinar leads? ๐ค
This question pops up often when discussing webinars or any online event. The cycle of converting webinar leads is a bit like datingโit's about starting the conversation, not jumping straight to the proposal. ๐ฌ
This is what I see works best after webinars and events but I might be wrong! Please do correct me! โ
1. ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐: Once you get those webinar leads, pass them to your sales team right away. ๐ Their job is to initiate conversation, not sell immediately.
Think of it as a gentle introduction with a webinar snippet as a talking point. It's about sparking interest, not closing the deal right away. ๐ก
2. ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐-๐๐ฝ: Don't drop the ball on the follow-up. ๐ง Get those leads into a shadow email list. Hook them with invites to future webinars or series.
Weekly newsletters are cool, but make them specialโsneak in some insightful materials that they've shown interest in. ๐ I don't really like the idea of lead scoring but you can use some sort of profile enrichment by asking your webinar leads some questions on those newsletters, so you can enhance your knowledge about what they like. ๐ค
3. ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐น๐: Watch for those frequent visitors. ๐ They're your golden nuggets. Recognize the ones who've been to 3, 4, or 5 webinars. Reach out personally. ๐ค Invite them to become speakers.
They might become key advocates who help you reach more prospects. If I could do anything I want, I would have done a webinar dedicated only to our most avid commenters, and we would comment on their comments, haha. Make a show out of it. ๐ค Juliana Maria Kreisel how about? LOL
Remember, engagement is like planting seeds. ๐ฑ Nurture them with valuable insights and genuine connections. โค๏ธ
