When you scroll your feed or watch a video, you don't put on your "Business Face," or do you? It had always been that people trusted other people more than companies.  With the rise of personal brands and individual creators, you can even subscribe to your favorite creator's newsletter here on Linkedin.  Be it Erin Balsa, Peep Laja, or Jake Marmulstein. Creators become brands and nourish communities.  Communities are trendy (also good for business )! How else would you grow one if not appeal to our very core, the desire to be a part of something? And if that something is fake, believe me, people will figure it out quickly. And it's not only about business.  I understand the very nature of business is to make money, and so when we are in business, we tend to focus on everything but human relationships. But how about this? When I scroll my feed or watch a video, I don't put on my "Business Face." And tell myself, and now I will watch this video as if I am a business Stefan, not a human being. I will turn all my emotions off. Obvious lie !?  I will still watch it with the same motivations, desires, and struggles. "Humanly watch it." This one article caught my attention because of its "humanity."  The author is Ed Cravo from Groundbreaker. He touched on an excellent subject. Are you humanizing the relationships in your business sector, or all you see is profit and money?
