But here's the catch : everyone knew their name, but most couldn't exactly pinpoint what they were doing 🎯. But the challenge and opportunity lie in creating this "distinctive narrative" and leaning into innovation. Ideally, you should have both a strong brand and innovation. Most features you have will become table stakes pretty soon... Ask yourself these questions:  👉 Does your messaging come across on all your platforms coherently?  👉 Are you marketing yourself simply as another CRM tool or taking it a step further to position yourself as more than that? You don't have to limit your features and product to fit the traditional CRM box. If your tool has broader applications, like marketing automation or customer relationship, make sure your messaging reflects that 📢 . Your narrative has the potential to be more refined, especially when targeting different industries and individuals.
