What are the biggest problems SMB business owners face in terms of marketing and sales?
From my own experience, many people do not know the difference between marketing and sales, and business owners must know how to do both.
Marketing informs and attracts leads and prospects to your product or service.
Sales convert prospects into customers by emphasizing the value of your product and service and how it will solve the prospect’s challenge or problem.
