We are switching gears when it comes to launches and distribution. Now, the launches have to be small and consistent, not BIG. @Andrew Chen whom I cannot tag here for some reason :), says that we have to embrace the Always Be Launching strategy, where you have to take each day as a small prelaunch. You need an actual launch checklist that will guide your gradual launch processes and do it small. Here, the role of product marketing on any team is growing immensely. Well, the more personalized your launch is to the platform you want, the better. Video, text, presentations, it all does not matter as long as you do it gradually. As my friend Edward Fontana says, it's all about farming and not hunting. Truth be told, I am a very good hunter, but farming ... gotta learn the ropes.
