Usually corporate and big brands have shitty demo pages and the fact that their demo page works, it works for THEM, their market fit and their audience. As an example, people in the oil and gas industry who are used to boring long pages with no graphics might consider your new page a scam or too annoying if you go beyond too much the industry standards. So when u create a demo page always look at your audience and some direct competitors. Forget best case scenarios and most used examples. Look at your competitors or companies who sell to the same audience.
