Think beyond the booth. - Instead of the usual hostesses, get some employees who know what you are selling and like networking, your clients will appreciate - Get a coffee machine so people can queue in the morning and you will make wonderful connections  - Use some interview ping-pong, credit to @juliana Kreisel, ask people walking around your booth about their conference experience.  Use your presence not just to shine, but to guide.
