Here is my advice when it comes to scaling your marketing operations.
First of all, assuming that you have product market fit.
Your next step would be to have a channel - product - market fit.
You most certainly have a few #channels working for you already.
And here is the biggest mistake I see founders do.
Max, the founder of a #SaaS would think:
Huh, if I have a few channels working well, let me experiment with 2 or 3 new ones and throw Snapchat or #Tiktok on top of that!
This is WRONG!
Here is what to do instead!
Get a dedicated person for each of the channels that work well.
Delegate a specific function to a dedicated person if that function is crucial for that channel.
Max out the channel!
Examples:
If #Linkedin is working well for you.
Get all your founders and C-level to write on Linkedin. Hire ghostwriters if your boss is busy!
Start with live presentations on Linkedin! Start a newsletter! Do some paid acquisition!
If Product hunt is working for you.
Out of your main product, create smaller products that you can launch individually on PH.
