Simplicity is everything in #marketing operations. Here is my advice when it comes to scaling your marketing operations. First of all, assuming that you have product market fit. Your next step would be to have a channel - product - market fit. You most certainly have a few #channels working for you already. And here is the biggest mistake I see founders do. Max, the founder of a #SaaS would think: Huh, if I have a few channels working well, let me experiment with 2 or 3 new ones and throw Snapchat or #Tiktok on top of that!    This is WRONG! Here is what to do instead! Get a dedicated person for each of the channels that work well. Delegate a specific function to a dedicated person if that function is crucial for that channel. Max out the channel! Examples: If #Linkedin is working well for you. Get all your founders and C-level to write on Linkedin. Hire ghostwriters if your boss is busy! Start with live presentations on Linkedin! Start a newsletter! Do some paid acquisition! If Product hunt is working for you. Out of your main product, create smaller products that you can launch individually on PH.
