My predictions about 2024. It will become harder than ever to track the metrics and attribute stuff like podcasts, and demand creation to revenue therefore even more people will go back to old tactics like LEAD GEN. My friend Andrei wrote a post about how to track ABM, see in comments for the link. Together with HockeyStack, they have figured out a way to track some of it, most accurate until now. https://lnkd.in/dzNxxgUp People will trust Google less and their peers more. In fact because of AI, Google's revenues are eroding, partially also because the answers are not generated to help the searcher but in fact to generate revenue. Just look at this data, according to TrustRadius, 72% of buyers cite their own experience as one of the top three influences on their purchasing decisions, emphasizing the importance of peer consultation and hands-on experience​. Forget dogma, spend your money where your customers spend their time. For B2B that's places where you can build some personal connection and bonding and I am not talking about business now. Try to understand them as humans.
