Amazing program! Selling is getting harder year by year and the guys have definitely the most tactical guide on how to market and sell to scaleups and enterprises.
One little change I saw is that before you would focus on tier 3 customers as well.
Nowadays, tier 3 is out of question because:
1. Economically it will be hard to show your CFO why there is a benefit, very small invoices numbers
2. Cold mailing has become worse and chatgpt built sequences have become so predominant that cold emailing efficiency has become marginal.
