Launch a podcast #MVP in 4 weeks. As a part of the #ABM #strategy I am running, I am always looking for ways to engage better prospects. One of the playbooks that I use is the podcast playbook. Eventually, there are four essential parts in a #podcast that will require management, aka moving parts: 1. Show notes, descriptions, links to the speakers, highlights 2. Editing the audio (intro, outro, noise cleaning, etc.) 3. Transcribing the podcast (if you publish it on your website, say hello #SEO) 4. Distribution. (Cut the most essential podcast snippets and use your social to distribute them) You can find these services on #Fiverr. One episode can cost you around 100-300 USD to produce. Again we are talking about a small-scale podcast. It is a minimal stack, and we are not talking about producing it. The more professional and the more traction you will get with it, the more money/time you can invest into stuff like writing a script for the podcast (yes, exactly like a movie), sending some red chili before the podcast and seeing your guests cry and talk (yes, this exists), or putting XXX dollars into paid distribution.
