It's time to start the middle of the week right: With some marketing wisdom! 🧠
According to Eisenhower's matrix, marketers should prioritize their actions according to importance, urgency, and ease. If you need help determining where your project falls on that scale, I'm here to help. Some marketers also use the ICE prioritization framework. 💡
⏲ 1. Set up your tracking in Google Tag Manager: This will ensure that all your campaigns are tracked and measured in one place.
✍ 2. Check desired keywords: This will help you determine which keywords are working for you and which ones you should invest your time and attention in. Remember, 15% of keywords are attributed to new search terms, which you will not find in Ahrefs or Semrush.
💸 3. Make your project budget: You'll need this when pitching your idea to your client!
📢 4. Find the right agency to do PR for you: PR is essential for ensuring your campaign transmits all the value to the customer. Make sure whoever you choose has experience working with companies like yours so they can understand how best to reach them (and what kind of content works).
🤝 5. Go to the board meeting and propose your project: Once everything else is ready-to-go and the budget is approved by upper management. Set your goals and the limitations of your campaign, and you're ready to go!
🔼 6. Before launching a new product or market: Validate the solution with your ideal customer profile. Once that is done, set up a Go-to-Market plan.
Do you execute any of these strategies, and if yes, are you good at them?
