It would be best if you had more work to become a successful #marketing operator, aka good in marketing operations.
How is it connected, Stefan? This is counterproductive, you will say!
It's not.
I will tell you a story.
In the early 2000s, there was massive #research on office productivity. Who are the most efficient #collaborators, why are they the most efficient, and what can they teach other colleagues?
The results were shocking.
The people who got done the most were ... multi kid parents and single parents.
They got the most done by working from 9 to 5.
Also, their #managers tended to give them #promotions more often and the most complicated tasks.
You know what they say: if you want a complicated #task done, give it to the busiest person in the #workplace.
Why were these #parents so productive?
They knew they had pressure from their children, colleagues, and other responsibilities.
No time for water cooler banter.
Metaphorically speaking, the pressure created diamonds of efficiency out of these people with the condition you don't crack.
I will leave the idea to soak into your mindset.
As a bonus, you can read this paragraph from #"Who not How," a fantastic book recommended by the highly efficient Peep Laja and Andrei Zinkevich.
Last words, huh?
Want to be #efficient in your marketing operations? Loan yourself some kids, lol.
