It is notoriously tough to figure out if #marketers are doing a good #job.
Why?
Because the job is very intangible.
You can bring #KPIs such as #sales #cycle length, and sales #velocity but most #founders don't.
So they ask marketers simple but annoying #questions:
What have you done today? And Where is the result?
Where are sales?
There is no correct #answer to this. Someone will be guilty anyway.
