Influencer marketing works better when it's not just a one-off thing. I've had my fair share of influencer marketing adventures. Best part? Learning that the real magic happens in long-term partnerships, not just one-time gigs. 🤝 Here's why sticking around pays off: - Consistent Engagement: Regular posts help create a ripple effect. The audience keeps seeing your product, and guess what? It sticks. - Better Results Measuring: Define what success looks like. Is it link clicks, brand awareness, or actual sales? Be clear from the start and track over time. - Genuine Connection: Pick influencers who genuinely care about their audience. They're not just promoting any brand for a buck. They care about what they share. Take Maja Voje, for example. She's thorough. She understands a product inside out before she even mentions it. She won't just take any brand. Her fans trust her because she only shares stuff she's vetted herself. Long-term means influencers get the chance to understand, believe, and genuinely vouch for your brand. The audience senses that authenticity. And let's be honest, trust is the name of the game. In pharma, it works in the same way. By working a with influencers, we've created a big chunk of webinars with them. My personal experience is that by connecting with the right influencers, you create a lot of brand trust and a lot of organic traffic for your brand. But you have to consider it as an investment in the future, first and foremost. We noticed that in our website's self-assessment saying "How did you find us?" These people started coming after 3-4 months after the first webinar we did. They started saying "Yes, I saw you on the webinar. I saw you because someone (aka an influencer) mentioned you." So, you have to give it time. So, next time you're planning an influencer campaign, think marathon, not sprint.
