Age has nothing to do with creating unique #ad copies and marketing materials your #clients or #target #audience will love. In fact, people with experience are a little advanced in age. With age comes #knowledge and #expertise.
I have worked with a retired 50-year-old American lady once. She proved to be one of the best marketing people I have worked with. With her experience we did great work and made clients happy. This is the reason why I believe #SMBs should not discriminate against age. Age means experience. It can be a great #advantage.
