I see a ton of inefficiencies in the GTM flow and All those inefficiencies are created by people, and AI can help us leverage those inefficiencies but not all..
However, since the problems were created in the first place by people and bureaucracies, the apparition of AI is not going to change this drastically, unfortunately.
In special, it comes to the desire to make money fast and grow fast while bloating your #Go-#To-#Market #acquisition #costs, which should not be bloated. So I had to start reading DA "Revenue Architecture" book!
A few practical ideas:
Stop paying attention and putting so much money into acquisition!
The sales cycle will not get shorter, all you do is hope for a miracle or miracle customers whole sales cycle will be shorter by 2x times than your average (we invested so much into acquisition! it has to be shorter!)
Don’t do that! You will just burn money!
Focus on sustainable growth and invest heavily in pilot programs! Experiment fast, kill quickly!
PRODUCT PRODUCT PRODUCT PRODUCT PRODUCT! The sad truth is companies overinvest in marketing and sales and forget the product.
TIP: If your product is great, you can cut your mkg and sales costs by 50% bc you can stay calmer and trust the checklist and process. Grow it through PLG and focus more on retention and expansion.

Yet I've encountered clients who devoted a great deal of investment to product and saw marketing as an afterthought. "If we build it, they will come."
