How is it connected?
Everywhere I see... is beautiful people
and best learning experience I have had since 2019?
How are these lines from a song and a workshop in sunny Valencia connected?
That's how:
Last week, the people I met at a cohort workshop in Valencia were all dead gorgeous and beautiful.
A few things to highlight:
First of all, congrats to all of us who made it safe through Corona.
Second, it's the first official mini-conference I have attended since 2019.
And the third is learning.
Many studies showed that cohort learning or group learning is the best, of course, if there is synergy in the group.
This is how we evolved as humans. We learned to tell stories and grow together.
I had my doubts about the workshop, to go or not to go, in the middle of covid, but my supportive friends told me to jump on the occasion, and it was truly unique.
Most of us were jake of all trades before entering the workshop.
But not anymore...
everything changed shortly after
The exercises were great, but the transformation from a frog into a beauty after that was even better.
Let's talk a bit about the fantastic people around there:
Yuri van der Sluis - is one of the best and craziest sales guys who knows marketing well and hustles a lot while launching sales hookup.
Yuri's biz partner Dominic Yates is the most handsome man in the audience and a good sales leader with a unique perspective on the customer.
We had Tracey Burnett, who is helping people with their Linkedin presence and thought leadership, whose focus is on female founders. If you are a woman looking for a LI coach, please grab a meet with her.
With his Klearb2b agency, Charismatic Daniel Zsolt Rényi knows how to sell to big guys when you are a petite business, currently heading an agency of 4 people and counting!
A special guest from the USA, Tristan Ruml, whose specialization is marketing for cyber security companies, the ICP exercise was crucial for him.
Patricio Fernández Serrano, whom I admire because an accent in English is a form of bravery, did all the exercises better than anyone.
Roman Walther, whose experience in pharma amazed me. He had so much experience working with digital transformation, and corporations like none of us had.
Thomas Goubau, whose presence, in my perspective, was the highlight of the meeting, brought a client's perspective and, more importantly, VC into the room. Different cup of tea. It's fantastic how a client can sell you the workshop idea better than the organizers themselves. Steal this!
And wonderful host Vladimir Blagojević, without whom all this would not be possible.
I almost forgot to thank Andrei Zinkevich, our invisible host, and mastermind.
Thank you all for the work you've done and your friendship.
Thank you Boss as a Service for providing some entertainment :)
We've come as consultants and exited as friends. If you want to go far, go together.
