How can insights come from a #marketing #audit?
This project was challenging.
We were doing a full audit of their activities, starting with Google Analytics and ending with calls to their best customers.
AND
We heard complaints all the time. What the client hated the most was evaluating the pipeline aka talking to existing clients :)
The initial hypothesis was:
Startups are our best source of income, and we want to work with them.
After doing the marketing audit and the exercise in the picture, they figured out, "well, financial institutions are our biggest source of revenue and joy, much easier to work with them."
They told me themselves, it turned out the startups were easy to start working with, but the more time you spend with them, the harder it gets.
My advice is, don't let yourself be biased by shiny objects; audit your pipeline, and you will find "gold."
