Great document and great research, but in my experience, this is very far from the reality. People stay people with their emotions, and it will take a very long time for AI to replace people in many industries. One example is that Revolut is hiring salespeople in multiple regions to do cold calling - so they can get businesses. We are talking about Revolut which is a very much AI-driven digital bank, and that's their way of growing. When you say "#AI will replace companies and people", you will still have a lot of sales motions led by #sales #people. The cost of inbound is rising every year - because instead of going out and reaching people (doing physical outreach or meetings for coffee), people prefer doing inbound and the costs of inbound are growing, it is also highly unpredictable. That's why companies like Revolut hire salespeople because it is cheaper and more efficient than actually driving inbound for markets that are overloaded with competition (like financial services). Although this is theoretically sounding very good, practically #inbound cannot drive revenue up to a scalability with AI or without AI without any sales-led motions, even when you scale.  I am saying that as a marketer who is supposed to be for #INBOUND. Just to wrap this up, I've seen systems that are sort of testing when they can cold call 20,000 people in one second. But even if they can cold call 20,000 people in 10 seconds, the bar will be raised so much that even for cold calling, you need even more better salesmen to close. You understand? So, going completely #AI is not the answer - you need to leverage sales + good salespeople.
