Firing a #marketer is not pleasurable, but it is necessary for the good of your #company.  A person always coming up with excuses and inefficient #work can not be suitable for your company. A part of my job as a fractional CMO is to get rid of dead weight. Let's be honest, no one likes #firing an employee, but it has to be done.
