Do you believe in this? Personally I doubt that AI will be able to make 35k cold calls a day with the same efficiency that people do. But even if it can. This hype will stay for a year, maybe two, and then phone companies will have anti-cold calling filters or cold calling will die out and will be outlawed. Thoughts? Comments? Prayers?

I've encountered a similar system before. The marketing claims, like generating 35k in an hour, can be quite misleading. In reality, the system dials out and initially detects if there’s a tone to confirm a connection. If someone picks up, it’s logged as an engagement, but the system doesn’t focus on the content of the conversation—just the fact that someone answered. It then reruns this process with active engagements to AI response.

Let's say it's 10x worse than a human. But it can make 1000x more calls (obviously they are claiming even more than that). That works out, right? Not that I want more cold calls. I thought it already was illegal in the US but it seems it's more complicated than that: https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=3a809d28-60f5-4839-9d00-72b91cf13a5e
