You see people dwell on #growth marketing and #growth hacking as if it was the last hope, which is not.
The more mature the company is, the more routine and processes you're going to have. Those do bring results.
You simply cannot put your hope into luck and use 80% of your time for experiments. "No matter what your #CEO comes with, a new idea on lead gen, or because I am the #CEO and I pay your salary and I said so".
Ideas are great but those have to be prioritized with #frameworks, not implemented blindly. You have the #ICEE framework for that or similar.
