Creating #demand is hard, but there is nothing to reap if you don't sow. You grow your #business, and you are an #SMB, let's call it #SaaS. There is search intent but not a lot. Some 500 keywords in your niche are somehow connected to what you do.  But When you get to the next round of #funding. .. You need to scale, and your aggressive #VC tells you: Hire people to do paid #ads  Hire more #salespeople who will call day nite Do things that scale! You hire all those, and you realize, well, the #market is not that big, and then you ask yourself, where do my competitors get traffic from ... Competitors do demand. Competitors #create the demand. They educated the market with their materials, education, webinars, articles, research, and whitepapers. They explain that it is not 1955. The Excel files you are using to measure and calculate business processes don't work anymore.  That its the time of SaaS. Naturally, a #buyer who was educated that those are how you'll run a business will choose them.  They will go with @Coca-Cola.  You still have a chance to be a perfect number 2 (da @Pepsi), but you have to create. Create materials, podcasts, and educate! That is all sowing. Sow more.  Reaping will be a piece of cake, then.
