Thanks to Stefan Repin and Claude Waddington for pulling me in.
I clearly can see the value of the bowtie model structuring the backend processes. Nevertheless, there is the need to bridge strategy and tactics into actions on the customer interface (especially in personal engagement settings engaging with reps in diverse and volatile markets).

I don't have a particular opinion on the framework. Not one I've used before but it's like any Frameworks for pharma or commercial strategy in general... It's simplified and can be a great way to give people a platform on which to build...
There's no magic bullet or process. Only working with creative , strategic and analytical people to develop a winning strategy. It's all about who you work and partner with , not the model you use to hang it off.
