CRM is going to be the integral part of the pharmaceutical companies more then now. Serving as one platform for all the key stake holders including marketing , medical , Access, Sales last but not the least Digital. Omni channel serving as one stop solution based on the inputs provided by all functions and inclusion of AI to this will give sales team and other functions to serve HCP in a more personlized way. 😊
