90% of the companies I consult have no #sales calls recorded?!
My question to them is?
How do you know your sales are getting better? How does your #marketing help sales get more revenue?
For marketing, it might mean that :
Your #CRM might not be your unique source of truth, and your CRM can be full of erroneous data
You have to track your #conversions offline and then connect the dots
You have to align your marketing and #sales department
And I have a question for all those marketers there.
If you don't have any #sales calls recorded or don't go to sales calls, how can you help sales?
