And if the guys or the girls are not very responsive, I would personally, personally go and do ghostwriting for them.

Not sure whether I would start with the C suite, do getting their buy-in is key.
I would demonstrate the benefits of content creation on social media to the sales & customer success team.
If the brand story is cohesive from marketing to sales to customer success, we not only align them on the customer journey, but also one step closer in getting them to understand their customer from different perspective and collaborating to map out the omnichannel journey, then continuously improving it
